My friend's family owns a horse farm and invited us to go out and see the new foals and take a ride on their pony. You can imagine this was the highlight of H's day!
I think she smiled the whole time and had so much fun!
Then we walked around the farm and saw all the foals. There were tons and they would come right up to the fence to see her. All the foals will be sold in a year and they are bred to be racehorses. All of the Mares on the farm are retired race horses as well as the stallions they breed them with. I thought it was both really interesting and such a good experience for H.
