Ok, this isn't an outing it's just super cute. We have been having a hard time with G sleeping at night. He has had an ear infection which hasn't helped but he has been waking at extremely early hours in the morning and doesn't fall back asleep. We tried a little technique this morning, waking him and changing his diaper an hour before he normally wakes up to throw him off his wake up schedule and it seemed to work. We'll see if it lasts. The other day I had to go in to wake him up from his nap so we could go somewhere, and thought I would snap a few pictures of my sleepy little guy.
Grocery stores are always part of our weekly routine. Since we are always looking to save money we visit many stores to get all our groceries and the sunflower market was this day. H didn't want a balloon because she is afraid of them popping or having to be thrown away after they sink to the ground, but she thought G would like one and he did! Although his did pop after a few minutes of playing with it he, unlike H, thinks it's funny when balloons pop so it was still fun even though it didn't last long.
I hadn't taken as many pics of H lately so here she is all cute and pink. Funny thing is the older she gets the more I think she may have been a lot like me when I was little, just from the stories I have been told. From personality to her love of stuffed animals. Although she likes dresses WAY more than I ever did!
We love visiting the local free museums at BYU like the dinosaur museum. It's fun to have G's cousin C nearby to go with us along with some super fun friends of G's.
We also attended B's wedding which was amazing. She looked beautiful and so happy. The kids had a lot of fun around the temple grounds and running around the reception. When they said that everyone could dance guess who was the first one on the floor? Yes, H, and she was dancing like crazy. Then she got a little shy but that didn't last long.
So a little update on us. P is 1 down and 2 to go for finals. He will be finished next Thur., hooray! We will be heading to SD shortly after that but the kids and I will only be gone for a few of the weeks. We hope to squeeze in tons of fun in the time we are there!
