Super Fun Times!

Last week our really good friends from Florida came up to visit before they move out west. We had such a wonderful time and here are some fun highlights.

M and H love each other and the first day they were here they played in the snow together. It was M's first time playing in the snow but H was able to show him the way. She didn't even have a problem sharing her snow clothes- although purple snow pants were probably not the first choice for M's parents but we only had so much to offer!!
After spending a few days here at our house we packed up the car, and I mean packed up to the brim, and headed to cape cod where our friends family is that they wanted to visit and we were happy to accomadate since we have never been to Cape Cod!

There we went to the beach-it was obviously cold since H is still in her snow clothes! But it was beautiful and she loved it.

Our friends aunt is a potter and she let us try our hand at pottery. See that pot that is off to my right- I made it!! No, I really didn't. In fact there is a reason why there is no picture of what I made!
P was really good and he actually was able to create a bowl, but it's not in this picture. We say that he had two of us to watch first and that's why he was so good- but really it's probably because he is good at just about everything he tries his hand at!
Then their sweet aunt and uncle bought us all lobsters for dinner! I had never had lobster but I loved it and it was quite an experience eating it as well!
On the last day we went to Boston and showed them the sights. Boston is always fun and even more so with our fun fun friends!! We got three types of canoli's which were delicious and ate at a cute Italian restaraunt! It was a lot of stuff in a short time but so much fun and we will always have great memories- too bad H and M won't remember it!!
