As I have mentioned before cooking with H is quite a interesting adventure. If she is not eating the flour off the counter she is sneaking bites of cookie dough, or frosting or whatever else! It doesn't seem to matter how many times I tell her not too, that is one direction that just doesn't stick!

Easter Week Fun
I have always loved holidays. But a few years back after the Christmas season had passed I realized that there were a lot of things that I had done in Christmas' past that I didn't do and I was sad that I would have to wait another year to do them. So since then I decided that I wanted to make the most of every holiday. So for this year's Easter we did some fun, not super original, but fun activities. First one: Spring Sugar Cookies!
As I have mentioned before cooking with H is quite a interesting adventure. If she is not eating the flour off the counter she is sneaking bites of cookie dough, or frosting or whatever else! It doesn't seem to matter how many times I tell her not too, that is one direction that just doesn't stick!

After I decorated the cookies I thought that I probably should have let her help and decorate some too. Next time- I am still learning how to cook with a two year old. I will get better as I go!

Thats a GREAT picture of H. Yeah I would have to agree there is not enough frosting on those cookies:) But they are darling cookies.
