Some Firsts!

We have had a few firsts happen lately. H started soccer and played in her first game. There is definitely room for improvement!! H is just such a sweet friend that when someone else has the ball she just runs beside the person instead of getting the ball- because in her mind it's not nice to take the ball when someone else has it!

She's on an all girl team and they got to choose the name for their team. Guess what they chose? Yep, you probably guessed it- the Purple Princesses. Isn't she so cute and sporty??

Ok, this may not be a first exactly but look how into reading this book he is. This was on the way to get H from preschool. He hates it when she is gone. He mostly just wants to be held and cries so I have to keep him entertained- so much for relaxing when you only have the one child at home!

First time G dressed up like this, that's for sure.

But a real first is her first day as a tater tot at her preschool. These were taken after school and she was SO tired. Can't you tell, she can barely smile!

This is her teacher who we love. It's her second year she has had her in hopes that she can help H get to where she needs to be before starting school. We have mostly decided that because the deadline in Cali is different than Utah we will be starting H in first grade when we get there so she can be with kids her age and school ability (did I mention that P accepted the job in Cali- we will be moving there next summer!!). So I am doing "homeschool kindergarten" with H in the afternoons while she goes to preschool in the mornings so that she will be ready. I think she will be just fine.
