The kids have been doing a series of exciting things lately. So what is this first picture of? Yes, that's right, it's G in a cupboard.
They both fit and they love it. It is hours of entertainment-well maybe not hours but some serious minutes.
H wanted her picture taken but G just wanted to shut the door with that handy handle in there. Notice the determination on G's face and H trying to get a smile for the camera before he shuts it.
The funny thing is, G thinks he is being very naughty and thinks it's really funny!
But how could I be mad at this little face? And if it keeps him from crying at my legs while I cook, I'll let him do just about anything!
The other thing G loves is trying on Grandpa's glasses. Again he thinks this is very funny. And it really is funny to see this little face in these big glasses.
H got to help her daddy paint the kitchen. She was reluctant to change the color from white (she cried a lot about it) but got used to the idea of having it green. Sadly, we didn't get used to the color and so P and H once again painted it (after a lot more crying-she's a sensitive soul)- it's called Applesauce cake and looks nothing like this bright orange in this picture. It is a lovely warm shade now. I would post a picture but you probably couldn't get the right color from the picture.
I guess you'll just have to come visit to see it!
Finally G has been very busy fixing things lately. With the help of his Handy Manny tool set he has fixed our table and chairs.
He is available for hire.
The happiest fix-it man I have ever seen. Don't you agree?

I love that Hallie was upset about the color change! It looks nice though. Perhaps Gavin can come and fix our baseboard because it is coming off the wall.
