So September is a new month and the calendar is already filling up which is fun! We are looking forward to birthdays, preschool happenings, and even the exciting Halloween costume that H has decided she wants and thanks to my mother in law it might actually be able to happen (stay tuned for the future pink and purple striped dinosaur costume that we will be making-what an imagination on that little girl!)

The past few weeks...
Well we have had a busy last few weeks. G is still learning to walk and because of that he is starting to develop more and more owies all over him. Last week he was walking holding on to a car and fell and hit his eye. It bled for a while but he was only bothered by it for a few minutes. He was more bothered that I was using the otter pop to put on his eye instead of in his mouth.
He developed his first, of I'm sure many, black eyes but it has actually healed really fast. He is also learning to point! He points at everything-well, everything he wants-which is mostly everything. We walk around the house with him pointing the way. He is started to know which foods he prefers, although he will eat anything and I never seem to keep up with how much he wants to eat. He could out eat H any day.
G and H are starting to play together which is fun. She has been longing for this day. G is only 3 weeks away from being one which is exciting and a little sad that my baby is all grown up. Although the older G gets the easier he is so I don't mind too much.
H is just cute as anything. She has hit a milestone, although an unfortunate one, and is having bad dreams now. But she goes right back asleep as soon as she knows we are there. She has started saying bigger and bigger words which is so funny coming from a 3 year old. She recently started saying apparently, and I can't think of what else right now but they are definate phrases we say to her! She has one month until she is 4 which seems old, right? I love listening to her play with her toys and play mommy and I hope I am being a good example because she will copy me word for word. The other day on the way to preschool, H blew her nose into a tissue and her friends said, "good blow Hallie." It's amazing how much like us they become.
As for the older two in the family, I was recently called to serve as the president over the young women at church (ages 12-18). This was a surprise for me but I am working with amazing people and I am determined to do a better job this time! P has had a bunch of interviews for next summer jobs and we are praying that he gets one that is good for our family. So feel free to include us in your prayers because we could use all the help we can get. We really want to find something close to home since I might be staying in Utah for at least part of the summer.
