We have been a little busier the last week then normal. G had his 6 month doctors appt. He is
75% for weight (18 1/2 lbs.) and head, and 90% for height. He is doing so much more in the last week. He rolls all over, pushes himself backwards and even gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. H didn't do this til closer to 8 months so this is all very exciting.
Sadly we have all (except P) been fighting colds. We've gone through several boxes of tissues, a lot of tylenol, and lots of clorox wipes to keep things clean. G is in the middle of the cold right now so he is sitting on my lap as I type this-it's really not easy to type with a baby.
We had a lot of fun watching General Conference (a bi-annual church conference that is broadcast on our TV) together as a family. We celebrated conference with trail mix (which H just picks out all the good stuff) and marshmallow chocolate chip pancakes.
This is us watching conference together.
We have been having lots of visitors that we love seeing and hanging out with. Thanks everyone who has gone out of their way to see us. Here is H playing at the park with my friend K's girls.
Yesterday, H and I had a picnic outside because it was 70+ degrees which was so nice. I love the weather here-it may not be like that every day but every once in a while it gives you a super nice day so you can handle the cold, rainy, or snowy weather that follows it.
We are finishing out the week with a visit to the Dentist so H and I can have cavities filled. That should be exciting!! I am trying to figure out all the things we have to do before leaving for our internship while P starts the daily grind of getting ready for finals. Finals are pretty much a month long thing but it just gives us a chance to get excited for when he is done with his first year-Hooray!

Looks like you guys are doing great! That is so good the G is doing so good with the developmental milestones! My girls are ALWAYS so far behind...and just when we start to really worry about it...they tend to pull through. Kate has been my strongest baby though...she is already trying to sit up from a laying down (semi-propped up) position! And she is only 3 months! Crazy!! Hopefully I can get to see you before you go for your internship! It just seams like whenever we go up that way, our schedule is SO packed! But I am SURE we'll get together at some point!! Tell P good luck with finals!! I HATE tests...so better him than me!!
