Happy New Year in the Snow

We rang in the New Year with a lot of snow this year. We all have been playing out in the snow a lot the last few days. Today is the first day it hasn't snowed but it was -5 degrees this morning so I think we will stay inside! This is our snowman- H named him carrot nose. Sadly it snowd a bunch more after we made this and he is mostly covered in snow now.
Fun times in the snow together!
H mostly likes to eat the snow. She even got me to eat some and it's been awhile since I ate snow. It was surprisingly quite refreshing and tasty. I will eat snow again soon I am sure.
We also like rolling around and making snow angels. Although I don't think H knows what she is doing when she is snow angeling- just flapping her arms and legs back and forth is fun for her!
I love having the chance to play in the snow with my spunky little daughter!

Looks like a lot of fun! I know about it being cold! We were in the single digits the other day, but by Sunday we're suppose to be in the 60's! The weather is strange!

I love the snow angels. When I saw the sky yesterday I thought, Wow what a great day this would be to go outside...if it weren't 9 degrees.

That looks like so much fun - I haven't gotten bundled up to play in the snow like that in years. Happy mommy daughter time!
