The Phoenix Zoo was a lot of fun. It actually rained on us which is weird since it rains like 3 days of the year there! But we stood under a roof for about 2 minutes and then it passed. It seriously only took 2 minutes!
H and Dad always have fun on shoulders. Notice the leopards in the back of this picture.
H loved to see all the animals and was surprisingly good at recongnizing and naming them. The neat thing about the zoo was we were there when all the animals were right out in the open. Notice the lion in the background.
Ok, this was the biggest turtle I have ever seen!
And of course the Orangutans- ugly but fun to watch. We tried to help H notice the difference between these and the baboons and the little monkeys but at the end of the day it was all Monkeys to her! Regardless of their type or the color of their bum she had fun watching the monkeys!
